We are committed to providing you high quality products at affordable prices. In a rare event, if you aren’t fully satisfied with our product and find it is not ‘As described’ on our website, or is received in a ‘damaged’ condition, you can request an Exchange or a Refund within 07 days of receiving the order- as long as the product is unused and the price tags are intact.

For all the returned products you will receive a store credit in your account or a refund once we receive the product in its original condition with the invoice at our warehouse.

Once we receive the product at our warehouse we will inspect it to ensure that it is in the same condition as when it was sent to you.

Store credit is like currency and can be used against any purchase on chashmewaala.com.

If you have paid through Cash On Delivery (COD), your money will be refunded via NEFT to your bank account. Once you initiate the returns process we will send you a link to enter your bank details for refund

No Cash refund will be provided by us

WHEN DO WE NOT ACCEPT RETURNS?

Return of or refund for purchased Products shall not be entertained by Chashmewaala if –

The Product has been used for reasons apart from checking fit and comfort.

The price tags, brand tags, box, original packaging material, and accompanying accessories have been damaged or discarded by the User.

There are any dents, scratches, tears or any other damage to the Products or any part thereof.

In general, we all accept returns for all our products,per the policy above, with the following exceptions:

Contact Lenses: These would be acceptable only if they are returned in an unworn condition, with the sealed outer packaging intact.

Eyewear: [Sunglasses, Reading Glasses ]:

a.Scratches on frame or lens that were not present at the time of delivery. We do a rigorous quality check to ensure that the product reaches you in perfect condition.

b.Product damaged due to mishandling post delivery (product is de-shaped, with visible intentional damage to the product).

  1. Eyewear case or other standard packaging is damaged or torn or otherwise not in the same condition as it was received.
  2. The warranty or guarantee card is missing.

 

We custom make each lens specifically for you – we can’t reuse a lens cut for you, for anyone else, so incase you return a product because you did not like it, we shall not return the bifurcated amount for the lens in an custom eyewear.

 

WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED OR BROKEN PRODUCT?

While our quality check ensures that each product reaches you in perfect condition, in the unlikely event that you receive a product that is damaged, broken, or not what you ordered, We are there for you!

Once the product has been returned to us in its original condition, we will refund the money back to you via the original mode of payment.

– If you have paid online through a credit/debit card the refund will be processed on the same card.

– If you have paid through Cash On Delivery (COD), your money will be refunded via NEFT to your bank account. Once you initiate the returns process we will send you a link to enter your bank details for refund.

 

ON AVERAGE, HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY RETURN TO BE COMPLETED?

Based on the return method chosen it normally takes 10-16 business days for you to get a store credit or refund issued against your return, assuming that the product is received back to us in its original condition. Here’s how it works:

  1. PICK-UP OF PRODUCT (7-10 DAYS)

2-5 days to pick up your product + 3-5 days to deliver back to our warehouse [Total:7-10 days].

 

  1. QUALITY INSPECTION AT WAREHOUSE (1-2 DAYS):

Once received at our warehouse, we take up to 2 days for the quality check of the returned product.

 

  1. CONFIRMATION CALL (1 DAY):

Post quality check, we will call you to confirm receipt and issue store credit immediate.

 

  1. REFUND OF MONEY (IF APPLICABLE): 2-3 BUISINESS DAYS

For cash refunds, it may take up to 2-3 business days to initiate the refund. It could take up to 3-4 business days for the money to be returned to your bank account, depending on your bank.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We want you to be able to try us 100% risk-free. Therefore, if you would like to cancel your order before if has been dispatched for you, for any reason, please choose one of the following methods:

In this case, you will receive an email confirming the cancellation of your order.

Chashmewaala shall initiate a process of refund of the money paid by the User towards purchase of a Product, if upon conducting quality checks, it is satisfied that the Product being returned entitles the User to a refund. It is further clarified that the Chashmewaala shall not be required to make any refund in respect of any Product that it deems ineligible for a refund based on such quality checks.
